Innovative way to conduct Retrospective/Feedbacks
Continuous Improvement is key to success. Conduct Retrospective/Feedbacks in the most innovative way. Use Krosswall Mobile Application to participate in retrospective. Collect anonymous feedbacks and use it as improvements key in further enhancement.
The retrospective can be conducted in a bit different way for project type Scrum and Kanban. For Scrum, retrospectives are for each sprint. For Kanban, a retrospective can be created and conducted anytime.
- Click on Retrospective from Closure Menu.
- If there is no team available in Project then retrospective can be conducted directly on any sprint.
- Retrospectives is available at left side
– Start retrospective on selected sprint, Once retrospective is started then other members are allowed to add their feedbacks for the sprint. Members can add their reviews until the retrospective has been stopped.
– Stop retrospective. Once retrospective has been stopped then permitted role is allowed to add tags for the collected feedbacks. By adding the tag team can easily group the feedbacks.
-Mark Complete retrospective. Not even tagging is allowed after this.
- if any team is available for project then retrospective can be conducted on the team like below:
- Start/Stop and Mark Complete actions can be performed on each Team.
- by clicking on Archive button retrospective go into Completed Stage. It is more useful when unfortunately user want to done with the retrospective, without getting feedback of all teams.
- When Project is Kanban then Sprint list is not available at that time user can conduct retrospective by adding a Retrospective item like below:
– allow to add a retrospective item. Enter a title and simply press enter. - If there is no team available then retrospective can be performed directly on added Retrospective Item otherwise retrospective can be performed on Team.
- Once retrospective started on the team, then project owner is allowed to invite other members for the same retrospective by clicking on No Invite link.
- There is an option to stop or mark complete retrospective inside the page.
- The user can delete the item until the retrospective not getting stopped.
- Users can also join Retrospective from Mobile application of Krosswall.
