    Hello,
    If story is published you can not change description, however you can keep adding notes to it.
    Story owner can make story unpublished by clicking on “”mike”” icon on story title bar. By default all stories are published. You can change this default from Default Setting on Story List Title bar.

    Hello,
    First of all we respect your thought. However this feature is very useful to the the teams who are working on traditional methodology since long and now moving to Agile. By giving live view of your team’s current status krosswall reduces the traditional culture of asking for stauts. At the same time developer gradually feel that he has agile freedom to work.
    If you have enough mature team you can choose not to use this function.

    Hello,
    Krosswall gives all reports/chart live on dashboards. You dont need to generate unlike other system. Project Dashboard, Sprint Dashboard and Quality Dashboard gives you complete picture of Agile Reports.
    We are still working on analysing need of more executive reprots, which will come in upcoming releases.

    Yes you are right. In Agile team can pick-up when they free. Howerver, practically team divide Stories and dig-down to perform detailed analysis/estimates. The most efficient way is to have something finish everyday ( story/task ). So it is good to have ownership of someone, and then if you want to work/help on that item, you can just ask for pick-request. The owner has to grant / project owner can grant all request. Hope this will address your concern.

    Hello,
    Krosswall gives complete flexibility to track your project in SP or Hours.
    Agile Startups still works on Hours and slowly transit to SP estiation. You can freely add hours in Estimation Pts field. The charts are plotted at three levels.
    Estimation Pts.(Story), Rollup Hours (Task), and Count.
